The problem
A failed deployment can come from configuration, permissions, application state, or the runtime itself. Developers need help distinguishing those problems before they can choose a useful fix.
My contribution
Helped define the deployment and troubleshooting workflows with engineering, including what context the assistant should inspect.
Focused troubleshooting on diagnosis and recommendations before changes to the environment.
Coordinated scenario testing and worked through release readiness and maintenance responsibilities. Co-authored the public launch article with an engineering partner.
The decisions
A plausible explanation can still send someone in the wrong direction. The assistant needs to connect its advice to evidence and make uncertainty visible.
The experience has to explain when a user should check a result or decide whether to continue. That is especially important when a suggested change affects infrastructure.
Where it landed
Two Functions skills were published in Oracle’s open-source skills repository, with a joint launch article in July 2026.
